Meet the Team

  • Venture Partner

    Jack is the founder of wikiHow, Luminescent Technologies, and BigTray. A veteran investor, he has been backing early-stage crypto companies since 2014. Previously, Jack worked at McKinsey and holds an MBA from Dartmouth and a BA from Stanford. His extensive portfolio includes Anchorage, Axelar, Coinbase, DyDx, ImmutableX, Polymarket, and 1inch. Jack combines deep operational experience with a strategic eye for decentralized technology.

    Jared co-founded one of the first institutionally backed student managed venture funds with UBS, Morgan Stanley and Tim Draper as an undergrad and has spent almost 20 years in venture capital, mostly in Silicon Valley.   He co-founded PEER VC together with Mark Campbell and legendary investor and mentor, Donald L. Lucas.  Jared co-founded PEER Summit and has been in crypto since 2016.

    Mark has spent nearly 20 years in venture capital. As an undergraduate, alongside Jared Hutchings, he co-founded one of the first institutionally backed student-managed venture funds with partners including UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Tim Draper. Later, he co-founded PEER VC in Menlo Park alongside legendary investor Donald L. Lucas. Mark identified the potential of crypto early in late 2016.

    Shelley serves as the head operations, comptroller and manages the signature PEER Summit event series. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Shelley brings extensive experience in program development, accounting, and business development. Shelley is an avid hiker and fitness enthusiast.

  • Managing Director - Hong Kong

    Laurie is a seasoned technology executive who served as Managing Director of Microsoft Hong Kong during the 1990s. He oversaw major regional milestones, including the launch of Windows 95, and established Microsoft’s presence in Greater China. Following his tenure at Microsoft, Laurie held leadership roles at Timeless Software Group, PointCast Asia, and China Internet Corp. He later became a founder and partner at on Capital Ltd and i10 Ltd.

  • PEER Summit Creative Director

    Amy is the co-founder and Creative Director of The Wonderment Cooperative, a nonprofit studio connecting next-gen philanthropy with visionary global projects. Her work focuses on weaving regenerative systems and community-grounded storytelling to bridge personal inspiration with collective action. Through the Cooperative, Amy builds relational infrastructure that empowers communities, driving sustainable social impact and fostering collaboration between donors and creators.
